RSM’s transaction services team provided financial due diligence to support Aero Technics on its acquisitions of Airbase Interiors and Servecorp.
Aero Technics is a civil aircraft maintenance business that was founded in 2002 by its current CEO Steve Cloran; its main business focus is cabin services. With his significant experience in the aircraft services industry, Steve will continue to lead the combined business and their operations in Manchester, Dubai, Heathrow and Gatwick.
The acquisitions of Airbase Interiors and Servecorp reflect Aero Technics’ vision to build a group of businesses wholly focused on aircraft servicing. Aero Technics will continue to concentrate on cabin maintenance services, and in particular seats.
What RSM did
RSM worked with mid-market private equity specialist Graphite Capital who provided the development capital to Aero Technics to support their acquisitions of Airbase Interiors, who specialise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair all types of aircraft cabin equipment, and Servecorp, who design and manufacture life vest pouches.
Thanks to the RSM team for a job well done. We were impressed with the level of thought, detail and analysis behind RSM’s work and the level of value added by the team, over and above the scope of the projects.
