We have a clear goal to create a diverse workforce, and we work with a range of partners to make this happen.
Through our work with charities, such as Leadership Through Sport & Business and Access Accountancy, we help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds reach their potential, giving them the support and experiences they need to become leaders of the future.
We’ve also been working with The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award for a decade, helping young people gain the skills they need to succeed in life and the workplace.
And as part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we’ve become a member of Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme. Stonewall works with employers to help create inclusive workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) staff. RSM are also committed to the Disability Confident scheme.
RSM is a member of the race equality campaign at Business in the Community.
Embracing diversity and inclusion in the workplace has proved to have many benefits, from helping to attract new talent to improving employee engagement. As a member of the Professional and Business Services Council we are proud to support their guide to help companies improve diversity and inclusion.
