Make an Impact at RSM UK

Our solutions are designed to address the unique needs, challenges and opportunities our clients face as they work towards their organisational goals. Whether supporting global expansion, developing acquisition strategies, facilitating private equity investments or working with boards to manage risk and governance, our consulting experts work as one team.
It’s an exciting time to join our consulting team as we continue with ambitious growth plans, creating opportunities to develop our people, strengthen our solutions, embrace a digital-first approach and build strong client relationships.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our Consulting Service Line team, supporting our six core solutions and helping to deliver internal transformation and change projects.
Change happens in every organisation through new operating models, systems, structures and ways of working. While transformations often start with the right intentions, achieving the expected impact relies on change being effectively shaped, planned and delivered, with people properly supported throughout.
You will make an impact by:
As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to support the successful delivery of transformation and change initiatives.
You will take responsibility for defined areas of project delivery, working with senior colleagues while having the confidence to manage your own priorities and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
You will be a collaborative team member with a proactive and practical approach. You will be comfortable identifying problems, suggesting improvements and supporting projects from planning through to delivery.
You will have experience working on transformation or change projects and be able to demonstrate your contribution to successful outcomes. You should also be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working within or alongside a Project Management Office (PMO), including project planning, governance, reporting and RAID management
- Ability to identify, consolidate and clearly communicate project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
- Experience planning and facilitating workshops, including preparing materials, gathering requirements, identifying process gaps and documenting actions
- A strong academic record, preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree such as finance, accounting, business management or data analytics
- Exposure to proposal development or bid support, including research, analysis and content development
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional project teams and coordinating with stakeholders in complex environments
- Strong project delivery and coordination skills, including tracking plans, milestones, dependencies and progress
- Clear and confident written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate structured information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, with the confidence to manage day-to-day interactions
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, including within virtual teams
- A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
