We have a goal to retain and attract the best people and support them through the different stages of their careers at RSM. We focus on a variety of people-centred initiatives to support this strategy. This includes everything from the management of day-to-day people issues to developing new initiatives covering all areas of HR and development, whether in technical training, coaching the next generation of leaders, creating compensation and benefit policies or ensuring that our line managers have the skills to support to their teams.
