I'm the Chief Digital Officer at RSM UK, with more than 25 years' experience in IT consulting and chartered management accountant status. I joined the firm in 2012 to build and lead our technology and management consulting practice and took on the role of Chief Digital Officer in 2020. Now, I'm responsible for guiding and overseeing technology innovation and adoption for our firm and clients, as part of our national leadership team. I'm motivated by learning new things from my colleagues and my role in the ever-changing world of technology. I don't know which technologies we'll adopt in five or 10 years, but I know we need a strategy to drive growth and profitability through new technologies. That's what gets me out of bed in the morning.
