Karen Spears

Biography

Karen is the national head of our corporate simplification team for RSM UK.  She has advised large corporations on group rationalisation projects; owner managed businesses on orderly wind downs and S110 reorganisations and winding down businesses through to dissolution.

Working closely with our tax colleagues and the company’s own professional advisors, Karen project- manages assignments from initial meetings through to dissolution.

Her clients include international banks, financial institutions, companies in hospitality, charities and property companies.
